Accelerated Reader The next 3 Accelerated Reader points are due by Friday, December 4, 2009. Please encourage your child to
read every night and to try to keep up with the AR points. The goal is for
every child to develop the habit of reading and a love for reading. READING IS FUNDAMENTAL!!! |

Math Facts Please continue to practice basic addition and
subtraction facts with your children at home. Some of them still need lots of
practice. When we get into regrouping larger numbers in both addition and
subtraction, it is very important that they know the basic facts. Thank you. |

Progress
Reports We are almost halfway through the 2nd quarter of the school
year. How time flies! I am really enjoying your children. I hope they enjoy school, too, and
that they are learning a lot. I learn many things from my students as well.
