REMINDERS: 

  1. PTC meeting and Saint Fair in Gym – Tuesday, November 3 at 6:30.
  2. NEHS Bake Sale on Wednesday, November 4 during lunch
  3. Taco Cabana Night:  Wednesday, November 4, 5:00-9:00
  4. Friday, November 6: 12:30 Dismissal
  5. I will be at my nephew’s wedding in Kansas from November 6-9.

Ms. Abrameit will be my substitute on Friday and Mrs. Villeneuve on Monday.  Both are exceptional substitutes, as well as educators.

All work done in class this week.  I’m grading 37 “Harris Burdick” stories this week. 

 

Friday – November 6 - 12:30 dismissal

Read for 3 or 4 hours this weekend.

 

EXTRA CREDIT OPPORTUNITY :  Each is worth 10 points added to a grade of your choice, except for math, because I do not teach math.  Must be neat and exceptional work to get the full 10 points.  Due Friday, November 13.

 

1.  Use the words from Unit 6 in your spelling book to write a silly story about an

      animal.  Please use at least 8 of your words.

2.   Write a letter to a turkey explaining why Thanksgiving is a great holiday!  J
